The Ragdoll and The Marionette

    "Okay, what is so bad about the music box exactly?" was Eve's queston. Purposly, on the third night, she refused to rewind it, instead secretly seeking about the Pizzaria using her skills her father taught her. As she made her way to the Prize box, where the animatronic who was pacified by the music box resided, Eve felt a bit of unease in her chest, though she did not know why. Soon, she heard 'Grandfather's Clock' stop playing and dead silence fell on the Pizzaria. Curious, Eve reached the large red and white box and peeked inside... only to see nothing! "??!" Puzzled, she closed it... only to hear 'Pop goes the Weasel' suddenly play. "What the? That's not the music for the wind up!"

    "That's because you left the music box go. On purpose might I add, young lady." a musical, baritone but still high voice said behind her.

    Surprised, she turned, only to see what looked like a floating Marionette-Man behind her.

    "Um... I'm sorry sir, but the Pizzaria is closed..." Eve said a bit uncertain now.

    The man chuckled, laughter sounding like musical chimes. "Oh don't worry about me dearie... I live here, more precise in the box you were looking at.."

        "A-Ah, oh!!" Eve cried feeling quite embarrassed suddenly. "I'm sorry if  bothered you sir! I didn't realize you lived here!"

    The man did not answer right away, instead looking at her carefully. "You... are not all human, are you?" he asked. She nodded, but said "I mean no one harm."

    "Your name," the man asked her then.

    "....Hallows Eve, but Eve is what most call me." Eve said with a polite curtsy. "And your own?"

    "I am the Marionette," he replied with a bow. "But most call me a 'Puppet'. Something I don't like."

    Eve nodded. "I can see why... May I call you Marion?"

    Marionette shrugged. "I see no issue. May I ask, if you are not human, what are you?"

    "I.... I guess you can say I'm the next heiress for Halloween,"

    "Really? So you're job basically is to plan and make sue Halloween is done?"

    "Well, I'm in training so far, but basically, yes. And you're job?"

    "To protect the children of the place..."


   

    So this is the first meeting of Marionette and Eve.
